حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس بامتياز في تخصص الهندسة الالكترونية من جامعة القدس عام 1996، ودرجة الماجستير بامتياز في الهندسة الكهربائية تخصص هندسة الالكترونيات والاتصالات من جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية عام 2000، ودرجة الدكتوراه مع مرتبة الشرف العليا بتخصص معالجة الإشارات والاتصالات اللاسلكية من جامعة بوردو الفرنسية عام 2007. شغل عدة مناصب إدارية في جامعة القدس من ضمنها منسق برنامج ماجستير هندسة الالكترونيات والحاسوب عامي 2008/2007 و 2009/2008، رئيس دائرة الهندسة الالكترونية عامي 2010/2009 و 2011/2010، مؤسس ومنسق برنامج هندسة الاتصالات عامي 2012/2011 و 2013/2012، رئيس دائرة الهندسة الالكترونية والاتصالات عامي 2014/2013 و 2015/2014. عضو المجلس الاكاديمي عام 2014/2013، عضو مجلس الدراسات العليا أعوام 2008/2007 و 2009/2008، 2020/2019، 2021/2020، عضو مجلس البحث العلمي للسنوات الاكاديمية 2019/2020 ، 2020/2021 ، 2021/2022، رئيس دائرة الهندسة الالكترونية والاتصالات اعوام 2022/2023 و 2023/2024 و 2024/2025، عضوية مجلس كلية الهندسة وهيئة مجالس الجامعة لعدة سنوات سابقة. قام بتدريس أكثر من 16 مساقا مختلفا على مستوى البكالوريوس والماجستير و أشرف على 15 رسائل ماجستير. قام بنشر أكثر من 40 بحثا في كتب و مجلات ومؤتمرات علمية عالمية مصنفة و محكمة

Researcher - Bordeaux 1 University/France in the period from 1/9/2003 to 1/7/2007. My research interests during this PhD period includes the design of multi-user receivers for MC-DS-CDMA mobile wireless systems, modeling and estimation of fading channels.
Lecturer - Al-Quds University in the period from 1/9/2000 to 1/7/2003. During this period I taught several courses : Digital Logic Systems I, Digital Logic Systems II, Electronics I, Electronics II, Electronics III, Analog Active Circuit Design, Probability & Random Variables, Applied Linear Algebra. In addition, I have supervised graduation projects of several undergraduate students.
Research Assistant - Jordan University of Science & Technology in the period from 1/6/99 to 1/6/2000. The areas of research include digital communications through multi-path fading channels, multiple access techniques and mobile communication systems.
Research and Teaching Assistant - Al-Quds University in the period from 10/2/96 to 1/9/98. My past duties include supervising the digital, microprocessor, electronic, engineering drawing (Autocad & Orcad) and communication laboratories, conducting discussion sessions for undergraduate students. In addition, I have assisted in the various research in the Electronics Department.
